摘　　要：中国共产党自成立之初就意识到了宣传思想工作的重要性,历经第一次国民革命失败后,我们党审时度势郑重提出“一手拿传单,一手拿枪弹”的口号,认为只有将宣传思想工作融入到党的武装斗争中,才能取得革命的胜利。文章通过结合我们党在不同时期宣传思想工作开展的时代条件、出场语境等对建党百年来宣传思想工作发展脉络进行系统梳理,厘清党在不同时期宣传思想工作的精神实质,阐述了中国共产党进行舆论宣传工作的实践原则,最终通过对党的百年经验总结对新时代我们党的舆论宣传工作提出实践路径。The CPC has been aware of the importance of propaganda and ideological work since its inception.After the failure of the first national revolution,our party carefully put forward the slogan of"with leaflets in one hand and bullets in the other",be-lieving that only by integrating propaganda and ideological work into the armed struggle of the party can the revolution win.The article systematically combs the development context of the party's propaganda and ideological work in the past 100 years,clari-fies the spiritual essence of the party's propaganda and ideological work in different periods,expounds the practical principles of the CPC in carrying out public opinion propaganda work,and finally puts forward a practical path to our party's public opinion propaganda work in the new era by summarizing the party's hundred year experience.
