摘 要:为了探究符合干法橡胶沥青技术特点的混合料级配,从混合料微观结构和宏观性能上验证设计级配特点。根据胶粉变化和贝雷法设计原理分别设计AC-13C、SMA-13、SAC-13和AR-AC-13S四种级配类型,运用X-ray CT微观试验方法和图像处理技术,从微观结构层次研究四类级配类型的区别和优劣,分析得出在橡胶粉各断面胶粉数量和含量的空间分布上,AC-13C和SAC-13类型的级配胶粉含量值离散和变异程度最小,分布更为均匀,SMA-13次之,AR-AC-13S最差,从胶粉分布的角度看,AC-13C更适合干法橡胶沥青混合料;通过室内混合料路面性能试验,对连续与间断级配的沥青混合料的高低温稳定性能及水稳定性能进行了分析论证,进一步验证了微观试验结果。微观和宏观试验均表明,连续级配在干法橡胶沥青混合料中更加适用,工程实践应优先选择。In order to explore the mixture gradation in accordance with the technical characteristics of dry-method rubber asphalt,the design grading characteristics were verified from the microstructure and macro performance of mixture.According to the change of rubber powder and the design principle of Bailey method,four gradation types of AC-13C,SMA-13,SAC-13 and AR-AC-13S were designed respectively.The X-ray CT microscopic test method and image processing technology were used to study the differences and advantages and disadvantages of the four types of gradation in the microstructure level.The results showed that AC-13C and SAC-13 types of graded rubber powder have the smallest dispersion and variation,and the distribution is more uniform,followed by SMA-13,AR-AC-13S is the worst.From the point of view rubber powder distribution,AC-13C is more suitable for dry rubber asphalt mixture.Through the indoor mixture pavement performance tests,the high and low temperature performance and water stability performance of continuous and discontinuous asphalt mixtures were analyzed,and the microscopic test results were further verified.Both microscopic and macroscopic tests show that continuous gradation is more suitable for dry-process rubber asphalt mixture,and should be preferred in engineering practice.
