摘  要:以特性黏数为0.65 dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、相对黏度为2.4的聚己内酰胺(PA 6)切片为原料,采用共混熔融纺丝法,通过改变体系组分共混比和拉伸倍数制备一系列表面具有粗糙结构的PET/PA 6共混纤维,研究了在不同组分共混比和拉伸倍数下分散相形貌的演变,以及分散相形貌的演变对纤维表面结构的影响。结果表明:分散相形貌的演变主要发生在出喷丝孔后的单轴拉伸流场中,分散相由初始阶段的椭球形发展为长微纤状;纤维表面的沟槽结构是经过纺程线上的拉伸作用后由初始阶段表面的凸起结构经过界面分离和凹陷形成,且沟槽结构的宽度与数量直观上随内部分散相尺寸和数目的增大而增大,随分散相共混比和拉伸倍数的增加,界面分离程度增加,纤维表面沟槽宽度增大。With polyethylene terephthalate(PET)with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.65 dL/g and polycaprolactam(PA 6)chip with a relative viscosity of 2.4 as raw materials,a series of PET/PA 6 blend fibers with rough surface were prepared by blend melt spinning at different blend ratios and draw ratios.The morphology evolution of dispersed phase was studied at different blend ratios and draw ratios,as was the influence of the morphology evolution of dispersed phase on the surface structure of fibers.The results showed that the morphology evolution of dispersed phase mainly occurred in the uniaxial tensile flow field after exiting the spinneret hole,and the dispersed phase developed from an initial ellipsoidal shape to a long microfiber shape;the groove structure on the fiber surface was formed by interfacial separation and depression of the initial surface protrusion structure after drawing on the spinning path;the width and number of groove structure intuitively increased with the increase of the size and number of dispersed phase in the inner part;and the degree of interface separation increased,and the width of the fiber surface groove also increased with the increase of the blend ratio and draw ratio of dispersed phases.
