摘 要:以碳酸钾(K_(2)CO_(3))为添加剂,通过湿法纺丝制备出具有自活化特性的聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝,然后通过同步碳化与活化制得一种用于二氧化碳(CO_(2))吸附的自活化PAN基多孔碳纤维,研究了K_(2)CO_(3)对自活化碳纤维的化学组成与孔结构的影响,探讨了在模拟烟气环境中自活化碳纤维的CO_(2)吸附性能。结果表明:随着K_(2)CO_(3)含量的增加,自活化碳纤维内部骨架逐渐表现出疏松多孔结构;自活化碳纤维具有高氮(N)含量,掺杂K_(2)CO_(3)质量分数为1%时纤维的N质量分数最高,达16.0%;自活化碳纤维的多孔结构及高N含量有利于对CO_(2)的吸附,掺杂K_(2)CO_(3)质量分数为3%的自活化碳纤维在40℃模拟烟气环境中的CO_(2)吸附量最高,达30.5 mg/g,表现出良好的CO_(2)吸附性能。Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)precursor with self activation properties was prepared by wet spinning process using potassium carbonate(K_(2)CO_(3))as an additive,and then was produced into a self activated PAN based porous carbon fiber for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))adsorption by synchronous carbonization and activation.The effect of K_(2)CO_(3)on the chemical composition and pore structure of self-activated carbon fibers was studied,and the CO_(2)adsorption performance of self-activated carbon fibers in simulated flue gas environments was explored.The results showed that the internal framework of self-activated carbon fibers gradually exhibited a porous structure when the K_(2)CO_(3)content was increased;self-activated carbon fibers had high nitrogen(N)content and reached the highest N mass fraction of 16.0%when doped with 1%K_(2)CO_(3)by mass fraction;and the porous structure and high N content of self-activated carbon fibers were conducive to the adsorption of CO_(2),and the self-activated carbon fibers doped with 3%K_(2)CO_(3)by mass fraction had the highest CO_(2)adsorption capacity of 30.5 mg/g in a simulated flue gas environment at 40℃,demonstrating a good CO_(2)adsorption performance.
