摘  要:以溴化铯(CsBr)、溴化铅(PbBr_(2))为原料,采用室温重结晶法制得铅卤钙钛矿(CsPbBr_(3)),然后将其与聚丙烯腈(PAN)共混,通过静电纺丝制得CsPbBr_(3)/PAN纳米纤维膜,并以纳米纤维膜作为压电层,铜作为上下电极组装成传感器,研究了CsPbBr_(3)的晶体结构,以及CsPbBr_(3)/PAN纳米纤维膜的微观形貌、热稳定性及传感性能。结果表明:制备的CsPbBr_(3)颗粒大小均匀,形貌均一;当PAN质量分数为7%时,CsPbBr_(3)/PAN纳米纤维膜中CsPbBr_(3)颗粒分散均匀,质量损失10%时的热分解温度为480℃,热稳定性较好;以CsPbBr_(3)/PAN纳米纤维膜作为压电层的传感器可以输出稳定的电压、电流信号,并且随着压力增加,输出信号逐渐增强,并且能够监测人体各个部位运动产生的生理信号。Lead halide perovskite(CsPbBr_(3)) was prepared by room-temperature recrystallization method using cesium bromide(CsBr) and lead bromide(PbBr_(2)) as raw materials and was produced into CsPbBr_(3)/polyacrylonitrile(PAN) nanofiber membrane by blend electrospinning with PAN.A sensor was assembled using the nanofiber membrane as the piezoelectric layer and copper as the upper and lower electrodes.The crystal structure of CsPbBr_(3) and the micromorphology,thermal stability and sensing performance of CsPbBr_(3)/PAN nanofiber membrane were studied.The results showed that the prepared CsPbBr_(3) had uniform particle size and morphology;the CsPbBr_(3) particles in CsPbBr_(3)/PAN nanofiber membrane were uniformly dispersed and the thermal decomposition temperature was 480 ℃ at the mass loss of 10%,indicating a good thermal stability,when the mass fraction of PAN was 7%;and sensors using CsPbBr_(3)/PAN nanofiber membranes as piezoelectric layers could output stable voltage and current signals and monitor physiological movement signals generated by various parts of the human body because the output signal was gradually strengthened as the pressure increased.
