摘 要:以不同的水性聚氨酯(PU)及环氧树脂(EP)为主体,制得一系列胶黏剂胶液,并制备成胶膜,通过分析胶膜的力学性能及硬度优选出胶黏剂主体;采用胶黏剂胶液、助剂、纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))粒子与芳纶1414通过热压法制备芳纶复合材料,研究了助剂含量、纳米SiO_(2)含量和上胶量对复合材料防刺性能的影响。结果表明:由相对分子质量为2 000的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇合成的PU作为胶黏剂主体,制备的复合材料具有良好的综合性能,其抵御功(η_(p10))可达0.264 (mN·m~3)/g;复合材料的η_(p10)随胶黏剂中助剂含量的增加呈现先增大后降低的趋势,随着上胶量的增加而增大;以PU为胶黏剂主体、助剂质量分数为1.8%、上胶量为27%时,复合材料的η_(p10)达0.288 (mN·m~3)/g,兼具良好的防刺性能和轻量化;在胶黏剂中添加适量的纳米SiO_(2)可进一步提高复合材料的防刺性能,当胶黏剂中纳米SiO_(2)质量分数为6%时,复合材料的η_(p10)达0.302 (mN·m~3)/g。A series of adhesive solutions were prepared using different waterborne polyurethane(PU) and epoxy resin(EP) as the host material,and thus were prepared into adhesive films.The optimal host material was selected by analyzing the mechanical properties and hardness of the adhesive film.The aramid composite material was prepared using adhesive solution,additives,nano silica(SiO_(2)) particles and aramid fiber 1414 by hot pressing method.The effects of the additive content,nano SiO_(2) content,and adhesive amount on the anti-puncture performance of the composite material were studied.The results showed that the composite material prepared by using the PU synthesized from polybutylene adipate glycol with a relative molecular mass of 2 000 as the host material had good comprehensive performance and the resistance work(η_(p10)) up to 0.264(mN·m^(3))/g;η_(p10) of the composite material first increased and then decreased with the increase of additive content in the adhesive and increased with the increase of adhesive amount;the composite material had η_(p10) of 0.288(mN·m^(3))/g and the combination of good anti-puncture performance and lightweight when PU was used as the adhesive host material,the mass fraction of additives was 1.8%,and the adhesive amount was 27%;and the anti-puncture performance of the composite material could be further improved by adding an appropriate amount of nano SiO_(2) to the adhesive,and the composite material had η_(p10) up to 0.302(mN·m^(3))/g when the mass fraction of nano SiO_(2) was 6% in the adhesive.
