摘  要:利用自制不同改性单体含量的对苯二甲酸-间苯二甲酸-己二酸(PTA-IPA-AA)三元共聚酯进行挤出铸片,并在95℃、拉伸速度100 mm/s、纵向和横向拉伸倍数均为4.0的条件下进行双向拉伸,制得双向拉伸共聚酯薄膜,研究了共聚酯的拉伸行为及薄膜的取向度、结晶度和力学性能。结果表明:当共聚酯中改性单体质量分数为5%时,共聚酯的取向能力提高,结晶能力减弱,薄膜的弹性模量高达4 647 MPa,并且断裂伸长率提高至92%;当共聚酯中改性单体质量分数为10%时,共聚酯的拉伸应力显著降低,薄膜的弹性模量降低至3 913 MPa,结晶度降低至18.13%,断裂伸长率提高至130%;当共聚酯中改性单体质量分数为20%时,共聚酯在常规工艺下无法得到充分拉伸,薄膜的取向度显著降低,结晶度仅0.73%,同时薄膜的弹性模量大幅下降至3 374 MPa,断裂伸长率大幅提高至183%。A biaxially stretched copolyester film was prepared by extrusion casting of terephthalic acid-isophthalic acid-adipic acid(PTA-IPA-AA) ternary copolyesters with different contents of self-made modified monomers and was then biaxially stretched at both longitudinal and transverse stretching ratios of 4.0 and a stretching speed of 100 mm/s at 95 ℃.The tensile behavior of copolyesters and the orientation,crystallinity and mechanical properties of the films were studied.The results showed that the orientation ability of the copolyester increased,the crystallization ability decreased,the elastic modulus of the film reached 4 647 MPa and the elongation at break increased to 92% when the mass fraction of modified monomers was 5% in the copolyester;the tensile stress of the copolyester significantly reduced,the elastic modulus of the film reduced to 3 913 MPa,the crystallinity reduced to 18.13%,and the elongation at break increased to 130% when the mass fraction of modified monomers was 10% in the copolyester;and the copolyester cannot be fully stretched under conventional processes,the orientation degree of the film significantly reduced,the crystallinity was only 0.73%,the elastic modulus profoundly decreased to 3 374 MPa,and the elongation at break significantly increased to 183% when the mass fraction of modified monomers was 20% in the copolyester.
