摘 要:采用植物多烯酚聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂,油酸月桂醇酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、新戊二醇二油酸酯和精炼植物油为平滑剂,添加抗静电剂和油剂稳定剂制备环保可降解型涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)油剂FM001,将FM001用于试纺83 dtex/48 f涤纶FDY,探讨了FM001的基本性能、可纺性及生物可降解性,并与进口油剂L143P和F1946进行对比。结果表明:FM001油剂各项基本性能与进口油剂L143P和F1946相当,其油膜强度为1 080 N,高于L143P和F1946,具有更好的耐磨性;使用FM001油剂试纺83 dtex/48 f涤纶FDY,与使用L143P和F1946生产的FDY各项性能无明显差异,具有优异的可纺性;FM001的原料具有优异的生物可降解性,其中乳化剂植物多烯酚聚氧乙烯醚的7 d生物降解度为100%,平滑剂合成酯和精炼植物油更易于降解;FM001油剂乳液的五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))为60.51 mg/L,约为L143P和F1946油剂乳液的1.5倍,具有良好的生物可降解性。An environment-friendly degradable finish oil FM001 for polyester fully-drawn yarn(FDY) was prepared by using plant polyene phenol polyoxyethylene ether as emulsifier,lauryl oleate,isooctyl stearate and neopentyl glycol dioleate and refined vegetable oil as smoothing agent and adding antistatic agent and oil stabilizer.FM001 was used for trial spinning 83 dtex/48 f polyester FDY,and the basic properties,spinnability and biodegradability of FM001 were discussed and compared with imported finish oils L143P and F1946.The results showed that the basic properties of finish oil FM001 were equal to those of imported finish oils L143P and F1946,especially the oilfilm strength of 1 080 N was higher than that of L143P and F1946,indicating a better wear resistance;the 83 dtex/48 f polyester FDY produced by using finish oil FM001 showed no significant difference in the performance of FDY produced by using L143P and F1946,indicating an excellent spinnability;the raw materials of FM001 had excellent biodegradability,among which the plant polyene phenol polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier had a 7-day biodegradability of 100% and the smoothers of synthetic esters and refined vegetable oils were more easily degraded;and the five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5)) of FM001 oil emulsion was 60.51 mg/L,about 1.5 times that of L143P and F1946 oil emulsion,indicating a good biodegradability.
