摘  要:综述了金属基多相催化剂催化氧化环己烷合成各类化学品的研究进展,包括环己烷催化氧化制环己醇/环己酮、环己烷一步氧化制己二酸、环己烷氧化脱氢制环己烯等。重点介绍了金属基催化剂中活性位点类型、组成等对环己烷氧化过程转化率及选择性的影响。开发高分散、高活性、高选择性的金属多相催化剂是今后环己烷催化氧化制环己酮/环己醇、环己烷一步氧化制己二酸、环己烷选择性氧化定向生成环己烯的主要研究方向,特别是具有多金属复合纳米结构及特殊活性位点的催化剂体系。The research progress in the catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane to various chemicals with metal-based heterogeneous catalysts was reviewed,including catalytic oxidation to cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone,one-step oxidation to adipic acid,and oxidative dehydrogenation to cyclohexene.The influence of the type and composition of active site in metal-based catalysts on the conversion and selectivity of cyclohexane oxidation process was emphatically introduced.The development of metal-based heterogeneous catalysts with high dispersion,high activity and high selectivity will become the main research direction of cyclohexane catalytic oxidation into cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone,one-step cyclohexane oxidation to adipic acid and cyclohexane selective oxidation into cyclohexene in the future,especially,the catalyst system with polymetallic composite nanostructures and special active site.
