摘 要:以特性黏数(0.682±0.010)dL/g聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)熔体为原料,采用双组分氨基型有机硅整理剂生产14.44 dtex硅整理PET中空短纤维,对环吹风温度、有机硅整理剂组分A/B质量比、松弛定型温度、松弛定型时间等工艺条件进行优化,对纤维的膨松性能、压缩回弹性能、滑爽性能及充枕性能进行表征。结果表明:优化后的较佳工艺为环吹风温度20℃、有机硅整理剂A/B质量比80/20、松弛定型温度180℃、松弛定型时间9 min;较佳工艺条件下生产的硅整理PET中空短纤维膨松性能、压缩回弹性能、滑爽性能及充枕性能均较好,纤维轻负载下膨松度为148 cm~3/g,重负载下膨松度为49 cm~3/g,压缩回弹率为72%,滑爽性为4.0级,纤维填充的抱枕初始高度22.5 cm、压缩回弹后高度17.0 cm。A 14.44 dtex silicon-finished polyethylene terephthalate(PET)hollow staple fiber was produced using PET melt with an intrinsic viscosity of(0.682±0.010) dL/g as raw material in presence of a bicomponent amino organic silicon finishing agent.The process conditions such as circular air blow temperature,component A/B mass ratio of organic silicon finishing agent,relaxation setting temperature and time were optimized.And the fiber′s bulkiness,compression resilience,smoothness and pillow filling performance were characterized.The results showed that the obtained silicon-finished PET hollow staple fiber had fairly good bulkiness,compression resilience,smoothness and pillow filling performance,namely a bulk density of 148 cm^(3)/g under light load and 49 cm^(3)/g under heavy load,compression resilience ratio 72%,smoothness grade 4.0 and pillow filling initial height 22.5 cm and compression rebound height 17.0 cm when the process conditions were optimized as followed:circular air blow temperature 20 ℃,organic silicon finishing agent A/B mass ratio 80/20,relaxation setting temperature 180 ℃ and time 9 min.
