摘 要:采用针刺纤维网和长丝网组合成型法,分别以平纹网状结构的芳砜纶长丝、芳纶1414长丝、聚四氟乙烯长丝、玄武岩长丝为夹层基布,以粗细旦芳砜纶(或玄武岩纤维)混合加工成的针刺非织造毡作为面层,制得6种耐超高温、过滤效率高的复合非织造滤材,并对复合非织布滤材的性能进行了测试。结果表明:以粗细旦玄武岩纤维混合加工成的针刺非织造毡为面层、芳砜纶长丝或玄武岩为夹层基布,以及以粗细旦芳砜纶混合加工成的针刺非织造毡为面层、玄武岩为夹层基布的3种复合非织造布在超高温的环境下具有良好的过滤性能,比较合适制作袋式除尘器的滤材;针刺工艺是制备超高温非织造滤材的首选工艺,制得的非织造滤材面密度大、孔隙率小;采用粗细旦纤维合理搭配的纤维结构,可以显著改善滤材的孔隙率和过滤性能。Six types of composite nonwoven filter materials with ultra-high temperature resistance and high filtration efficiency were prepared using a combination of needle punched fiber web and filament web,with plain web-structure aromatic sulfone filament,aramid 1414 filament,polytetrafluoroethylene filament and basalt filament as interlayer substrates and a needle punched nonwoven felt mixed of coarse and fine denier aromatic sulfone fiber(or basalt fiber) as surface layer.The performance of the composite nonwoven filter materials was tested.The results showed that three types of composite nonwoven fabrics,namely needle punched nonwoven felt made from a mixture of coarse and fine denier basalt fibers as the surface layer and aromatic sulfone filament or basalt filament as the interlayer substrate,and needle punched nonwoven felt made from a mixture of coarse and fine denier aromatic sulfone fiber as the surface layer and basalt filament as the interlayer substrate,had good filtration performance in ultra-high temperature environments and were suitable for making filter materials for bag filters;needle punch process was the preferred process for preparing ultra-high temperature nonwoven filter materials with high surface density and low porosity;and the reasonable combination of coarse and fine denier fibers can significantly improve the porosity and filtration performance of the filter material.
