摘 要:硫化黑是目前使用最广泛的黑色染料之一,但其生产过程往往会产生大量废水,且废水色度大、成分复杂、COD高、可生化性差。本文制备了一种新型聚硅酸铝铁/锌铝类水滑石复合材料(PSAF/ZnAl-LDHs),对工业硫化黑染料废水进行了处理。研究结果表明,当复合材料中PSAF和ZnAl-LDHs的质量配比为2∶1,复合材料投加量为80 mg/L时,PSAF/ZnAl-LDHs对硫化黑染料废水的处理效果最佳,此时废水COD、色度、TDS的去除率分别为92.5%、89.2%和95.3%。Sulfide black is one of the most widely used black dyes,but its production process often produces a large amount of wastewater with high color,complex composition,high COD and poor biochemical properties.In this paper,a new polyaluminosilicate iron/zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite composite(PSAF/ZnAl-LDHs)was prepared for the treatment of industrial black sulfide dye wastewater.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PSAF and ZnAl-LDHs in the composite material was 2∶1 and the dosage of the composite material was 80 mg/L,PSAF/ZnAl-LDHs had the best effect on the treatment of black sulfide dye wastewater,at which the removal rates of COD,color and TDS of wastewater were 92.5%,89.2%and 95.3%,respectively.
