摘　　要：本文梳理了学术机构专利价值评估的相关研究,为国内学术机构的专利价值评估及专利管理提供参考。对学术机构专利价值评估的不同场景及相应的专利价值评估方法、主要指标以及学术机构的专利在相关专利指标上的特征进行归纳,据此给出如下建议:(1)学术机构应进一步细化专利价值评估维度,结合专利在技术、法律、市场和战略等不同维度上的价值状况,有针对性地制定管理策略;(2)有必要将不同评价方法相结合,采用多样化评估方法全面评估学术机构专利的价值;(3)建议进一步深入分析国内学术机构的专利指标特征及其对专利价值的影响,结合学术机构专利的特点优化专利价值评估指标体系。This paper reviews the research on patent evaluation of academic institutions to provide a reference for domestic academic institutions on patent evaluation and management.The different scenes and corresponding methods of patent evaluation for academic institutions,the main indicators,and the indicator characteristics of patents of academic institutions are summarized.The following suggestions are given:(1)Academic institutions should further refine the patent value evaluation dimensions and formulate targeted management strategies according to the value of patents in different dimensions such as technology,law,market,and strategy;(2)It is necessary to combine different evaluation methods and adopt diversified evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the patent value of academic institutions;(3)It is suggested to further analyze the characteristics of patent indicators of domestic academic institutions and their impact on patent value,and optimize the patent evaluation indicator system in combination with the characteristics of academic institutions’patents.
