摘　　要：当前,中国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,中国知识产权也处于向高质量发展转变的关键时期,优化知识产权服务体系,充分发挥知识产权公共服务的作用至关重要。本文梳理了知识产权公共服务的概况,指出了高质量发展阶段下知识产权公共服务存在的问题,进一步提出知识产权公共服务发展的优化对策。At present,China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and China’s intellectual property is also in a critical period of transformation to highquality development.It is really important to optimize the intellectual property service system and give full play to the role of intellectual property public services.This article sorts out the overview of intellectual property public services,points out the problems existing in the stage of high-quality development,and further puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the development of intellectual property public services.
