数字经济发展对海洋产业研发创新能力的影响研究——来自微观涉海企业的证据

摘　　要：借力数字经济推动海洋产业创新发展是实现海洋经济高质量转型升级的重要途径。基于2012—2020年涉海上市企业微观数据,实证分析了数字经济对海洋产业研发创新能力的影响,从缓解融资约束、优化人力资本结构以及降低企业运营成本三个维度检验了数字经济影响海洋产业研发创新能力的内在机制,并进一步探讨了数字经济影响海洋产业研发创新能力的企业异质性和行业异质性。研究发现,数字经济发展显著提升了海洋产业研发创新能力,在考虑了一系列稳健性检验后结论依然成立;机制检验表明,数字经济既可以通过缓解融资约束、优化人力资本结构影响要素配置,驱动海洋产业研发创新能力的提升,也能够通过降低企业成本、提升企业运营效率,引导更多资源投入研发活动以提升创新能力;进一步的异质性分析表明,数字经济发展对国有涉海企业研发创新能力提升的影响效应高于非国有涉海企业,对海洋第二产业的研发创新能力提升的影响效应高于海洋第一产业和第三产业。To leverage the digital economy to promote the innovation and development of the marine industry is an important way to achieve high-quality transformation and upgrading of the marine economy.Based on the micro data of listed sea-related enterprises from 2012 to 2020,the paper empirically analyzes the influence of digital economy on the R&D and innovation ability of marine industry,and examines the internal mechanism of digital economy on the R&D and innovation ability of marine industry from three dimensions:easing financing constraints,optimizing human capital structure and reducing operating costs of enterprises.The paper further explores the heterogeneity of enterprises and industries in the impact of the digital economy on the R&D and innovation capabilities of the marine industry.The study finds that the development of digital economy significantly enhances the R&D and innovation capacity of the marine industry,and the conclusion still holds after considering a series of robustness tests.Mechanism testing shows that the digital economy can drive the improvement of R&D and innovation capabilities in the marine industry by alleviating financing constraints and optimizing human capital structure,thereby enhancing factor allocation.At the same time,the digital economy can also reduce enterprise costs,improve operational efficiency,and attract more resources to invest in R&D activities to enhance innovation capabilities.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the development of digital economy has a higher impact on the improvement of R&D and innovation ability of state-owned marine enterprises than non-state-owned marine enterprises,and the impact on the improvement of R&D and innovation ability of marine secondary industry is higher than that of marine primary industry and marine tertiary industry.
