摘  要:为改善蚕丝织物的抗皱性能,本文合成了一种基于Mannich反应的双芳伯胺基交联剂,并对蚕丝织物进行交联改性处理。通过对交联改性后的蚕丝织物进行红外光谱、热重分析、差示扫描热分析、服用性能的测试,发现交联改性后的蚕丝织物折皱回复角提高,有一定的耐洗能力,且其断裂强力与断裂伸长率变化不大。红外光谱分析表明,蚕丝与交联改性剂中的双芳伯胺基发生了Mannich反应,形成共价键结合。通过TG和DSC分析发现,交联改性后蚕丝织物的热稳定性提高,进一步证明了双芳伯胺基交联剂与蚕丝纤维发生的反应,在纤维中大分子链间形成了牢固的交联,是提高其抗皱性的根本原因。此举为解决蚕丝织物抗皱性问题,提供了一条新的途径。Silk has the excellent characteristics of soft and light texture,moisture absorption and breathability,and gorgeous appearance.Due to the high and continuous content of the amorphous region in the structure of the silk fiber,when the fiber is subjected to external force,the macromolecular chain segment in the amorphous region is easy to slip,and the free polar group forms a new hydrogen bond combination at the new position after the slip,which makes it easy to wrinkle and affect the appearance during the wearing process.Therefore,the anti-wrinkle treatment of real silk fibers to overcome the inherent defects of the fiber has been a long-term topic in the silk industry.Crosslinking modification of silk is currently an effective way to improve its anti-wrinkle performance.Chemical crosslinking and anti-wrinkle finishing of silk fabrics with epoxy compounds or polycarboxylic acid finishing agents are to produce covalent crosslinking between macromolecular segments of silk during high-temperature baking treatment,so as to reduce the relative slip between molecular segments under external force.However,these methods have a great impact on the strength and soft feel of silk fabrics.Making full use of the rich tyrosine residues mainly distributed in the amorphous region of the silk fiber to provoke the ternary Mannich reaction with aromatic amine compounds and aldehyde components can form covalent bonds,which can realize the functional modification of silk.The reaction conditions are mild,and have little impact on the quality of silk.In this study,a bis-aromatic primary amine crosslinking agent based on Mannich reaction was designed and synthesized with hexanediamine and sodium^(2)-chloro-5 nitrobenzenesulfonate as the main raw materials,and characterized by IR and MS.The synthetic double reactive group crosslinking agent can modify the silk fabric by Mannich reaction crosslinking under the condition of approximate room temperature,improve the wrinkle recovery ability of the fabric,and retain the original strength and h
