摘 要:为了改善纺织品功能性,将单一化功能纺织产品朝多功能、复合化发展,以银离子抗菌剂改性涤纶和具有永久负离子发射功能的蜂窝状微孔结构改性涤纶为原料,抗菌、负氧离子复合功能面料与真丝墙布窗帘织物配套开发。通过正交试验法设计不同规格的A、B系列两组织物试样,测试织物的抗菌性能与负氧离子功能,以线性回归分析为手段探究功能性纤维原料和组织系数对织物负氧离子、抗菌功能性的影响,为后续开发出多功能复合化的高档墙布窗帘面料提供依据。试验结果表明:织物负氧离子发生量在一定范围内随着纬纱中蜂窝负氧离子纤维含量、组织系数的增加而增加,织物表面粗糙度与纤维含量产生协同作用;织物的大肠杆菌抑菌率与纬纱中抗菌涤纶长丝含量呈正相关,织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果优于对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。To further promote the high-quality development of“technology,fashion and green”of the textile industry,and guide the textile industry to accelerate the transformation and upgrading according to the new orientation of the textile industry under the guidance of the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”development outline,people have began to pay attention to the functionality of textiles.Wall cloth is a typical representative of home textile products,and its market is concentrated on low-end fabrics,with low brand added value.The common functional wall cloth curtain fabrics in the market basically only have undiversified function,and poor market promotion and insufficient research and development efforts have been made for the multi-functional composite wall cloth curtain products with more economic benefits.There is still a lot of room for their development in the future.To improve the functionality of textiles,the textile products with undiversified functional will be developed towards multi-function and composite.The antibacterial and negative oxygen ion composite functional fabrics will be developed together with the real silk wall cloth curtain fabrics by using silver ion antibacterial agent modified polyester and honeycomb microporous structure-modified polyester with permanent negative ion emission function as raw materials.A and B series of test samples were made by weaving 14.76 tex honeycomb negative oxygen ion modified polyester yarn and 8.33 tex/2 antibacterial modified polyester yarn in different proportions and using different fabric structures.A series includes nine groups of samples.The interwoven proportions of the honeycomb negative oxygen ion-modified polyester yarn and the antibacterial modified polyester yarn of A1-A9 fabrics are 1︰0,4︰1,3︰1,2︰1,1︰1,1︰2,1︰3,1︰4,and 0︰1,respectively.The B series consists of six groups of samples.The weave structures of B1-B6 fabrics are plain weave,one upper and two lower right twills,four-heddle weft broken twills,5/2 weft satin,six-heddle varia
