摘 要:电子纺织品是将电子功能融入纺织品得到的混合产品,通常需要经受老化测试,以确保其可靠性。由于目前缺乏较为完整的电子纺织品可洗性和可靠性评估协议,因此不同电子纺织品的相关性能难以比较,也无法按照统一的可靠性特征判定电子纺织品是否失效。同时,电子纺织品洗涤测试中常见的弱点没有得到广泛的关注,这就很难针对性地提高电子纺织品的可靠性。本文首先对不同的洗涤标准进行了比较,重点更新公布实施的洗涤测试标准,其次列举洗涤过程中影响电子纺织品耐洗性的洗涤因素。接着,综述由洗涤测试引起的电子纺织品常见失效模式,涵盖失效行为及失效原因。最后,指出电子纺织品的洗涤老化面临的挑战和发展方向。Electronic textiles(e-textiles)are products that combine electric components with textiles.They are widely used in energy collection and storage,personal thermal management,flexible strain sensors,flexible electrocardiogram electrodes and selective shielding materials for electromagnetic interference.Since e-textiles contain fragile electronic components,there are many challenges in their application,such as short life cycle due to fatigue damage during daily wear,poor washable resistance and poor performance as a result of accelerated aging during daily wear and storage.Therefore,more studies are needed to develop reliable and high-performance e-textiles.The specialized conductive and non-conductive materials,the methods used to design the structure of e-textiles,and the accelerated aging experiments all affect the reliability of e-textiles.Current studies focus on the effects of textile substrates,conductive materials,and processing parameters on the function of e-textiles,and few works on aging and accelerated aging.The washing test is an important accelerated aging method,but currently,the review reports on aging of e-textiles only summarize the current situation of washing aging of e-textiles from a single factor,such as the washing method and failure behavior.There is shortage of comprehensive analysis of the failure modes such as testing methods,failure behaviors and failure reasons,so it is difficult to effectively improve the washing resistance of e-textiles.To promote the development of more washable electronic textiles,we compared different washing standards including the newly issued washing test standards,analyzed the washing factors affecting the washability of e-textiles in term of the current situation of washing aging,summarized the common failure modes of e-textiles caused by washing tests covering the failure behavior as well as the causes of failure,and pointed out the challenges and development directions in improving washability of e-textiles.Generally the washing factors affecting the washa
