摘 要:针对综框的高速特性和复杂承载状态,采用平均应力修正法对其疲劳特性进行仿真研究。文章在结构设计与负载估算基础上,通过ANSYS/WorkBench协同仿真环境实现了综框的有限元建模与静力分析。以基本S-N疲劳性能曲线为依据,构建基于nCode DesignLife的预定义疲劳项目仿真流程,探究正弦时间序列载荷作用下的综框疲劳行为。结果显示:铝合金综框失效状态为高周疲劳破坏(>2.6×105),其疲劳损伤主要发生在横梁两端局部区域,尤其是在弹簧悬挂处,集中分布有多个潜在失效危险域;铁质综框疲劳损伤覆盖区相对更大,且整体抗疲劳性能明显不及铝合金综框。可为实际工况下的综框疲劳寿命分析及损伤机理研究提供有力参考。During the process of loom shedding motion,the heald frame at high-speed running simultaneously bears various dynamic loads,such as yarn tension,spring return force,cam lift force,and mechanism friction force.When the alternating load cycle reaches a certain number of times,the heald frame structure may undergo crack damage or failure due to stress fatigue,which results in technical failures,maintenance and repair,or weaving pauses that are not conducive to the stable production of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate and predict the fatigue durability of the heald frame during its design and practical application period,so as to improve the working efficiency and reliability of the loom shedding system.On the basis of structural analysis,an aluminum alloy heald frame with hollow crossbeam was designed.With 28 tex medium plain cotton plain weave fabric as the study object,the load analysis and calculation of the heald frame were carried out in the status of maximum shedding.The yarn tension was equivalently transformed into a uniformly distributed load q acting on the crossbeam,and the spring return force F h and cam lifting force F t were approximately calculated.On this basis,the finite element model of the heald frame was established by WorkBench software,and its stress and deformation were obtained through statics analysis.According to the basic S-N curve,a simulation project for the fatigue analysis of the heald frame based on nCode DesignLife was constructed.The mean stress correction method was used to analyze the fatigue damage and working life of the heald frame,and the fatigue behavior of the aluminum alloy heald frame and iron heald frame was compared under the conditions of 600 r/min spindle speed and sinusoidal time series load.By using the Goodman mean stress correction method,the non-zero mean stress amplitude was equivalently transformed into a stress amplitude with a mean stress of zero,which was conducive to analyzing and evaluating the fatigue damage and working l
