摘　　要：基于“天人相应”“三因制宜”思想的指导,《黄帝内经》所论日节律提出人体生理活动、病理状态与自然界昼夜更替密切相关,是择时治疗的重要理论依据。原发性开角型青光眼以视网膜神经节细胞的进行性损失为特征,存在部分视网膜光敏神经节细胞的缺失,可造成眼部昼夜节律的紊乱,进而影响24 h眼压、眼灌注压等眼部参数,导致疾病进展。本文以“日节律”为主要根据,探讨原发性开角型青光眼患者中存在的昼夜节律紊乱,并提出择时治疗策略,以期为原发性开角型青光眼患者的治疗提供新的思路。Based on the guiding thoughts of "Human-environmental inter relation" and "treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors",the daily rhythm in Huangdi Neijing proposes that human physiological activities and pathological states are closely related to the day and night changes in nature,which is an important theoretical basis for timing treatment.Primary open-angle glaucoma is characterized by the progressive loss of retinal ganglion cells.Also,there is a loss of some retinal photosensitive ganglion cells,which can cause the disorder of ocular circadian rhythm,thus affecting 24-hour intraocular pressure,ocular perfusion pressure and other ocular parameters,leading to disease progression.Based on the "daily rhythm" threory,this paper discusses the circadian rhythm disorder in primary open-angle glaucoma patients and proposes a timing treatment strategy,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.
