摘　　要：翼状胬肉是一种常见的眼表疾病,当其侵犯角膜时会导致视力受损。翼状胬肉发病率高,且术后极易复发。近年来有大量学者从蛋白和基因的角度开展研究,认为遗传因素在翼状胬肉的发病中具有重要作用。本文对当前发现的与翼状胬肉相关的蛋白和基因进行梳理,发现血管内皮生长因子、缺氧诱导因子、酪氨酸激酶受体4、环氧化酶2、转化生长因子、活性氧调节因子、细胞增殖因子、细胞凋亡因子等蛋白和基因与翼状胬肉的发病和复发具有相关性,并简要阐述上述蛋白和基因影响翼状胬肉发病与复发的内在机制,发现将它们作为干预靶点可有效降低发病率及术后的复发率。本研究为精准医学干预在翼状胬肉治疗中提供一定的参考。Pterygium is a common ocular surface disease that can cause visual impairment when it invades the cornea.The incidence rate of pterygium is high,and it is easy to recur after operation.In recent years,a large number of scholars have conducted research from the perspectives of proteins and genes,believing that genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of pterygium.This article reviewd the currently discovered proteins and genes related to pterygium,and finds that proteins and genes such as vascular endothelial growth factor,hypoxia inducible factor,ephrin type-B receptor 4,cyclooxygenase 2,transforming growth factor,reactive oxygen species regulatory factor,cell proliferation factor,and apoptosis factor were associated with the onset and recurrence of pterygium.The internal mechanism of the above proteins and genes affecting the incidence and recurrence of pterygium was briefly described.It was found that they could effectively reduce the incidence rate and postoperative recurrence rate if intervened as targets.This study provided certain references for precision medical intervention in the treatment of pterygium.
