摘　　要：目的:了解南阳市获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者的心理健康状况及其影响因素,提出针对性社会关怀对策。方法:采用方便抽样法随机抽取2020年9月—2022年12月在南阳市艾滋病定点医院免费检测和治疗的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)携带者及AIDS患者162例。通过一般情况表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其进行问卷调查。结果:HIV携带者及AIDS患者躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、总分、总均分均高于SCL-90国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。经济状况、婚姻状况、居住地、职业状况、确诊时间、身体状况、治疗依从性、疾病公开状况、疾病认知情况为影响HIV携带者及AIDS患者心理健康状况的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:南阳市HIV携带者及AIDS患者的心理健康状况较差,针对影响因素实施社会关怀有利于改善其心理健康状况,提高其生活质量。Objective:To understand the mental health status and influencing factors of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients in Nanyang city,and put forward the countermeasures of targeted social care.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty-two human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)carriers and AIDS patients who were tested and treated free of charge in Nanyang AIDS designated hospital from September 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected by convenient sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted through the general situation table and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).Results:Somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis,total score and total mean score of HIV carriers and AIDS patients were higher than the SCL-90 domestic norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Economic status,marital status,place of residence,occupational status,diagnosis time,physical status,treatment compliance,disease disclosure and disease cognition were the main factors affecting the mental health status of HIV carriers and AIDS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health status of HIV carriers and AIDS patients in Nanyang city is poor.The implementation of social care according to the influencing factors is conducive to improving their mental health status and improving their quality of life.
