通管调经方联合梅花针叩刺对提高输卵管性不孕术后患者妊娠率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通管调经方联合梅花针叩刺对提高输卵管性不孕术后患者妊娠率的效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2021年9月湛江市第二中医医院收治的50例输卵管性不孕患者,并随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者行输卵管手术治疗,观察组患者行输卵管手术联合通管调经方、梅花针叩刺治疗。对比两组患者疾病症状积分、1年内妊娠率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者下腹疼痛、带下异常积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后1年内妊娠率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:输卵管性不孕术后患者运用通管调经方联合梅花针叩刺治疗能够提高1年内妊娠率,值得借鉴。Objective:To observe the effect of Tongguan Tiaojing prescription combined with plum blossom needle tapping on improving the pregnancy rate of postoperative patients with tubal infertility.Methods:Fifty patients with tubal infertility admitted to Zhanjiang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with tubal operation,and the observation group was treated with tubal operation combined with Tongguan Tiaojing prescription and plum blossom needle.The disease symptom score and pregnancy rate within one year were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of lower abdominal pains and leukorrhea abnormalities in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the control group within 1 year after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Tongguan Tiaojing prescription combined with plum blossom needle tapping treatment for patients with tubal infertility can improve the pregnancy rate within one year,which is worth learning.
