摘 要:目的 了解急诊急救专科护士工作投入现状及影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、职涯资本量表、工作投入量表对63所医院330名急诊急救专科护士进行调查。结果急诊急救专科护士的工作投入得分为(46.93±11.53)分;分层回归分析显示,职业生涯资本是急诊急救专科护士工作投入的影响因素,可解释总变异的32.5%。结论 急诊急救专科护士的工作投入处于中等偏高水平,护理管理者要注重急诊急救专科护士职业生涯资本积累。Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of emergency specialty nurses' work engagement and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 330 emergency specialty nurses from 63 hospitals were surveyed by the general information questionnaire,the Career Capital Scale and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.Results The overall score of work engagement was(46.93±11.53).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that career capital was the influencing factors of emergency specialty nurses' work engagement,accounting for 32.5% of the total variation.Conclusion The work engagement of emergency specialty nurses is in the medium-high level.Nurse managers should pay more attention to the emergency specialty nurses' accumulation degree of career capital.
