摘　　要：目的 系统了解妊娠期糖尿病患者的疾病体验。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、SinoMed、中国知网、万方、维普有关妊娠期糖尿病患者疾病体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年12月,采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行质量评价,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果 共纳入13项研究,包含263例患者,提炼45个主题,归纳为8个新类属和3个整合结果:患者体会到疾病威胁并积极适应;患者感受到应对疾病过程中的挑战;患者感知到社会支持尚不完善。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者在患病期间经历负性情绪,面临诸多挑战,但能在找到控糖动因后达成适应状态,医护人员应尽可能为患者提供充分的社会支持,提高患者生活质量,保障母婴安全。Objective To systematically review the disease experience of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Databases were searched for the qualitative research on the disease experience of patients with gestational diabetes,including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,The Cochrane Library,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP.The retrieval time was set from the establishment of the database to December 2022.The quality evalua-tion was carried out by the quality evaluation standard of qualitative research of Australian JBI evidence-based health care center in 2016,and the results were integrated by the Meta-integration method.Results A total of 13studies involving 263 patients were included,and 45 topics were refined into eight new categories and three integrated results:the patients experienced the threat of disease and adapted actively;patients felt the challenges of coping with the disease;patients perceived that social support was not yet sufficient.Conclusion GDM patients experience negative emotions during illness and face many challenges,but can achieve an adaptive state after adjustment.Medical staff should provide adequate social support for patients,improve their quality of life,and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
