摘  要:以二正丙胺为结构导向模板剂、有机硅季铵盐为介孔模板剂,采用水热法合成金属Mo掺杂介孔SAPO-11得到MoSAPO-11-M沸石,并以其为载体负载Pt制备Pt/MoSAPO-11-M催化剂。采用XRD、N 2吸附-脱附、NH 3-TPD、吡啶吸附红外光谱、H 2-TPR、SEM和TEM等手段对沸石及催化剂进行表征,并考察Pt/MoSAPO-11-M催化剂作用下正十二烷临氢异构化反应性能。结果表明:不完美球形的MoSAPO-11-M沸石的外表面积(123 m^(2)/g)和总酸量(266μmol/g)均高于球形形貌的微孔SAPO-11沸石(51 m^(2)/g和163μmol/g),而且MoSAPO-11-M沸石具有更多的Bronsted酸位点;Pt/MoSAPO-11-M催化剂上Pt的平均颗粒尺寸为2.61 nm,小于Pt/SAPO-11催化剂(4.30 nm);在反应温度340℃、反应压力2 MPa、氢气与正十二烷体积比600、质量空速2.25 h-1条件下,Pt/MoSAPO-11-M催化剂作用下正十二烷转化率92.8%、异构化选择性92.2%以及双支链异构体的选择性38.7%。MoSAPO-11-M zeolite was obtained from Mo-doped mesoporous SAPO-11 through hydrothermal synthesis using di-n-propylamine as a structural guided template and organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt as a mesoporous template.Moreover,the catalyst Pt/MoSAPO-11-M was prepared using MoSAPO-11-M zeolite as a carrier to support Pt.XRD,N_(2) physical adsorption-desorption,NH_(3)-TPD,pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy,H_(2)-TPR,SEM and TEM techniques were used to characterize zeolite and catalyst and investigate the hydroisomerization performance of n-dodecane under the action of Pt/MoSAPO-11-M catalyst.The results show that the external surface area(123 m^(2)/g)and total acidity density(266μmol/g)of imperfect spherical MoSAPO-11-M zeolite are higher than those of the spherical microporous SAPO-11 zeolite(51 m^(2)/g and 163μmol/g),and MoSAPO-11-M zeolite has more Bronsted acid sites.The average grain size of Pt on Pt/MoSAPO-11-M catalyst is 2.61 nm,smaller than Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst(4.30 nm).At the reaction temperature of 340℃,reaction pressure of 2 MPa,hydrogen-to-n-dodecane volume ratio of 600,and mass hour space velocity of 2.25 h^(-1),Pt/MoSAPO-11-M catalyst shows a high n-dodecane conversion of 92.8%,an isomerization selectivity of 92.2%,and a di-branched isomers selectivity of 38.7%.
