摘 要:采用Fluent中的Realizable k-ε模型和离散相模型(DPM)对无钩波形板气-液分离器内气-液两相流动进行模拟计算,量化对比了不同入口气速下波形板内部气相流场的变化,探究了不同入口气速下无钩波形板板间距、曲折角度、节距、级数和气/液相密度比对分离器压降和分离效率的影响。结果表明:无钩波形板内部气相速度呈周期性变化,在内凸角处出现速度最大值;对于直径1~40μm的液滴,波形板板间距和曲折角度增大导致液滴分离效率降低,节距变化对液滴分离效率影响不显著;压降随波形板板间距增大呈先减小后增大的趋势;随着曲折角度增大,波形板压降逐渐减小;优选的板间距为6.5 mm、曲折角度为100°、节距为60 mm;压降随波形板级数增加几乎呈线性增加,液滴分离效率存在最大值,无钩波形板级数不宜大于4。Realizable k-εmodel and discrete phase model(DPM)in Fluent were used to perform simulated calculation on the gas-liquid two-phase flow in a no-hook corrugated plate gas-liquid separator,quantitatively compare the variation of the gas phase flow field inside the corrugated plate at different inlet gas velocities,and further explore the influence of plate spacing,bending angle,pitch,number of stages and gas-liquid phase density ratio on the pressure drop and separation efficiency of the separator at different inlet gas velocities.The results show that the velocity of the gas phase inside the no-hook corrugated plate changes periodically,and the maximum velocity occurs at the inner convex angle;for droplets with diameters of 1—40μm,the increase of corrugated plate spacing and bending angle leads to the decrease of droplet separation efficiency,and the change of pitch has no significant effect on droplet separation efficiency.The pressure drop tends to decrease at first and then increase with the increasing of corrugated plate spacing.As the bending angle increases,the pressure drop of the corrugated plate decreases gradually;the preferred plate spacing is 6.5 mm,the bending angle is 100°,and the pitch is 60 mm.As the number of stages of corrugated plate increases,the pressure drop increases linearly and the droplet separation efficiency has a maximum value.The number of stages for corrugated plate should not be greater than 4.
