摘  要:市政污泥是一种固-液混合污染物,虽具有一定危害但仍存在巨大的资源化应用潜力,利用超临界水气化制氢技术将其转化为富氢气体燃料是解决无害化处理和能源回收的一种有效途径。超临界水作为一种安全无毒、低廉易得、环境友好的反应介质,可避免干燥过程,将污泥直接转化并生成富含氢气、甲烷等的燃料气体,被认为是市政污泥制氢的最有效技术。结合国内外最新研究进展,从超临界水反应条件、催化剂对制氢的影响以及水在气化反应中的作用3个方面对该技术进行阐述,剖析气化反应机理,展望技术的未来发展方向,以实现“资源化、能源化、全循环”的技术需求。As a kind of solid-liquid mixed pollutant,municipal sludge may cause certain hazard but still has a huge potential of resource utilization.It is an effective way to achieve harmless treatment and energy recovery using the supercritical water gasification technique for hydrogen production to convert municipal sludge into hydrogen-rich gas fuel.Being a safe,non-toxic,inexpensive and environmentally benign reaction medium,supercritical water has been considered as the most effective technology for hydrogen production from municipal sludge,which can avoid the drying process and directly transform sludge into fuel gas rich in hydrogen and methane.In light of the latest research progress at home and abroad,the technology is investigated in terms of supercritical water reaction conditions,the effect of catalyst on hydrogen production,and the role of water in gasification reaction.Meanwhile,the gasification reaction mechanism is analyzed,and the future development of the technology is prospected,so as to realize the technical requirements of“resource utilization,energy utilization and full cycle”.
