摘 要:通过研究原始物料混配方式和改性物料后处理过程,实现低挥发性有机物(VOC)、低气味聚丙烯复合材料的制备。结果表明,相比于物料的直接混合造粒过程,可以通过调整聚丙烯与助剂(如抗氧剂、除味剂等)、填料、色母等分步混合方式,有效改进气味效果。更重要的是,通过造粒后的溶剂萃取脱挥处理方法,不仅保持了改性物料的综合力学性能,同时可以有效地脱除物料表面、浅层及孔道内的残余气味小分子,加速气味分子向物料表面迁移,提高脱挥效率,实现改性聚丙烯低气味、低VOC的目的。In this paper,the low volatile organic compounds(VOC)and low odor polypropylene composite materials were obtained through studying the mixing process of raw materials and post-processing method of modified polypropylene.The results show that comparing with the overall blending method,the step-by-step mixing way of polypropylene with additives(such as,antioxidants,deodorants,etc.),fillers,color masterbatches could be more effective improving the odor effect.More importantly,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the modified polypropylene are not only maintained by solvent extraction after granulation,but also effectively removes the residual odor molecules from the surface,shallow layers and pores of them,accelerates the migration of odor molecules to the surface and improves the efficiency of devolatilization.Then the modified polypropylene with low-odor and low VOC could be obtained.
