摘 要:以废聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯瓶再生粒子(R-PET)为原料,二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)为阻燃剂,碳微球(CMS)为阻燃协效剂,通过熔融挤出制备CMS/ADP/R-PET复合材料,利用极限氧指数(LOI)、热重分析(TG)和锥形量热仪等对复合材料的阻燃和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:在R-PET中加入19%的ADP,复合材料的LOI为32.5%,阻燃达到UL94(3.0 mm)V-0和(2.0 mm)V-1级,相对R-PET,其拉伸、弯曲和缺口冲击强度分别降低18.1%、13.5%和50.8%,点燃时间(TTI)和火灾性能指数(FPI)分别提高13.9%和133.3%,热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、总热释放量(THR)和总生烟量(TSR)分别降低47.5%、25.3%和26.4%;CMS可以提高ADP/R-PET复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能,4-CMS/15-ADP/R-PET的LOI为33.9%,阻燃为UL94(2.0 mm)V-0级,相对15-ADP/R-PET,其拉伸和弯曲强度分别提高9.0%和5.5%,TTI和FPI分别提高15.8%和25.0%,PHRR、THR和TSR分别降低9.8%、13.7%和14.2%;CMS和ADP在R-PET中有协同阻燃作用,2-CMS/13-ADP/R-PET(2-CMS/15-ADP/R-PET)的阻燃和力学性能优于15-ADP/R-PET(17-ADP/R-PET)。Carbon microspheres(CMS)/aluminum diethylphosphinate(ADP)/waste PET bottles(R-PET)composites were prepared by fusion extrusion using recycled particles from R-PET as raw material,ADP as flame retardant and CMS as flame retardant coefficent.The flame retardation and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed by limited oxygen index(LOI),thermogravimetry(TG)and conical calorimeter.The results show when 19%ADP is added to R-PET,the LOI of the composite material is 32.5%,and the flame retardant could reach UL943.0 mm V-0 and 2.0 mm V-1 grade.Comparing with R-PET,the tensile,bending and notched impact strength of the composite decrease by 18.1%,13.5%and 50.8%,respectively,and the time to ignition(TTI)and fire performance index(FPI)increase by 13.9%and 133.3%,respectively,while peak of heat release rate(PHRR),total heat release(THR)and total smoke production(TSR)decrease by 47.5%,25.3%and 26.4%,respectively.The LOI of 4-CMS/15-ADP/R-PET is 33.9%,and the flame retardant is UL942.0 mm V-0.Comparing with 15-ADP/R-PET,the tensile and bending strengths of 4-CMS/15-ADP/R-PET are increased by 9.0%and 5.5%,respectively,and the TTI and FPI increase by 15.8%and 25.0%,respectively,while PHRR,THR and TSR decrease by 9.8%,13.7%and 14.2%,respectively.CMS and ADP have synergistic flame retardancy in R-PET.The flame retardancy and mechanical properties of 2-CMS/13-ADP/R-PET(2-CMS/15-ADP/R-PET)are better than 15-ADP/R-PET(17-ADP/R-PET).
