摘 要:双螺杆挤出机作为改性塑料加工中最核心的设备,其产能效率影响着量产成本、产品质量。如何最大程度发挥挤出机产能效率对改性塑料行业十分重要。从挤出输送机理、挤出熔融过程以及螺杆组合与设计三方面阐述了影响挤出机产能效率的因素。得出了挤出输送的本质是螺筒对物料沿螺杆挤出方向的摩擦和螺杆啮合区的正向输送,并给出提高产能效率的挤出机几何选型方向;熔融过程对输送效率的影响及其工艺调节规律;螺杆组合与设计对产能效率的影响及较优改善方案。Twin-screw extruder was the core equipment in the processing of modified plastics,its productivity efficiency affected the mass production cost and product quality.How to maximize the productivity efficiency of extruders was very important for the modified plastics industry.This paper expounded the factors that affected the productivity efficiency of extruders from three aspects,such as,extrusion conveying mechanism,extrusion melting process and screw combination and design.It is concluded that the essence of extrusion conveying is the friction between the screw barrel and the material along the direction of the screw extrusion and the forward conveying of the screw meshing area.The influence of melting process on conveying efficiency and its regulation law is provided.The effect of screw combination and design on productivity efficiency and optimal improvement scheme is studied.
