摘  要:利用X射线光电子能谱技术(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了芥酸酰胺在聚丙烯(PP)无纺布表面迁移过程中的元素和形貌特征变化,通过XPS结果中N_(1s)窄谱峰中—NH_(2)(398.5 eV)和—NH—(399.4 eV)的两种价态峰以及不同迁移浓度下的O_(1s)窄谱峰和SEM观察到的层状形貌,成功揭示了迁出的芥酸酰胺分子逐层形成单层和多层结构的自组装行为。同时,利用接触角研究了芥酸酰胺迁移浓度对PP无纺布表面润湿性的影响,发现随着芥酸酰胺迁移浓度的增加(0,200,350,750,950 mg/kg),对应的水接触角呈先减小后增大的趋势(122°,120°,127°,131°,133°),该趋势与芥酸酰胺在纤维表面的形貌结构高度相关。最后,绘制表面自由能热力图研究了其在表面的宏观分布情况,对PP无纺布的工艺调控具有一定的借鉴意义。X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to study the qualitative element analysis and morphology characteristics of the migration of erucamide on the surface of PP nonwovens,and successfully revealed the layer-by-layer self-assembly behavior of the migrated erucamide molecules forming monolayer and multilayer structures,in terms of the two valence peaks of—NH_(2)(398.5 eV)and—NH—(399.4 eV)in the N_(1s)narrow-spectrum peak in the XPS results,the narrow-spectrum peak of O_(1s)at different migration concentrations,and the laminar morphology observed by SEM.The influence of erucamide migration concentration on the surface wettability of PP non-woven fabric was studied by contact angle measurement.The water contact angle was found to decrease(122°,120°,127°,131°,133°)and then increase as corresponding migration concentration of erucamide rised(0,200,350,750,950 mg/kg),a trend that was highly correlated with the morphological structure of the erucic acid amides on the fibre surface.Finally,a surface free energy thermogram was drawn to study its macroscopic distribution on the surface,which had implications for the process regulation of PP nonwovens.
