摘  要:设计一种五层共挤抗菌阻隔聚乙烯(PE)膜,研究乙烯-乙烯醇共聚树脂(EVOH)厚度对PE膜力学性能和阻隔性能的影响,探讨抗菌母粒含量对PE膜抗菌性能的影响。在PE膜内层原料组分中加入聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐衍生物制备的抗菌母粒,EVOH树脂作为中间阻隔层,利用马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)树脂作为次内层和次外层,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂和线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂共混作为外层。用材料拉伸试验测试方法研究EVOH厚度增加对PE膜力学性能的影响,用压差法、杯氏增重与减重法对PE膜的氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量进行测试分析,用贴膜抗菌检测法分析PE膜对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色链球菌的抑制效果。研究结果表明:对100μm厚度PE膜,EVOH厚度从25μm增加到35μm,内层和外层厚度从27.5μm下降到22.5μm,PE膜的纵向拉伸强度从23.5 MPa增加到31.5 MPa,横向拉伸强度从22.5 MPa增加到28.2 MPa,纵向断裂伸长率从720%下降到350%,横向断裂伸长率从860%下降到450%,氧气透过量从5.0 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·24 h·0.1 MPa)下降到2.1 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·24 h·0.1 MPa),水蒸气透过量从6.2 g/(m^(2)·24h)下降到3.3 g/(m^(2)·24h),表现出良好的力学性能和阻隔性能;PE膜内层原料组分中抗菌母粒质量分数大于20%时,PE膜对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率大于99.99%,对白色链球菌的抑制率大于99.9%,表现出优异的抗菌性能。A five-layer co-extrusion antibacterial barrier PE film was designed to study the effects of the thickness of vinyl-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH)on the mechanical properties and barrier properties of PE film,and to explore the effects of antibacterial masterbatch content on the antibacterial properties of PE film.The antibacterial masterbatch was prepared by adding polyhexamethylguanidine hydrochloride derivatives into the inner material of PE film,EVOH resin as the intermediate barrier layer,Maleic anhydride grafted low density polyethylene(PE-g-MAH)resin was used as the secondary inner layer and the secondary outer layer,Low density polyethylene(LDPE)resin and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)resin blend as the outer layer.The effect of EVOH thickness on the mechanical properties of PE film was studied by tensile test.The oxygen transmittance and water vapor transmittance of PE film were measured and analyzed by pressure difference method,Cup weight gain and weight loss method,The inhibition effect of PE film on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus albicans was analyzed by membrane antibacterial detection.The results show that for PE film with 100μm thickness,the thickness of EVOH increases from^(2)5μm to 35μm,the thickness of inner and outer layers decreases from^(2)7.5μm to 22.5μm,the longitudinal tensile strength increases from^(2)3.5 MPa to 31.5 MPa,and the transverse tensile strength increases from^(2)2.5 MPa to 28.2 MPa.The longitudinal elongation at break decreases from 720%to 350%,the transverse elongation at break decreases from 860%to 450%,and the oxygen permeability decreases from 5.0 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·24h·0.1MPa)to 2.1 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·24h·0.1MPa).The water vapor transmittance decreases from 6.2 g/(m^(2)·24h)to 3.3 g/(m^(2)·24h),showing good mechanical and barrier properties.When the mass fraction of antibacterial masterbatch in PE film inner raw material is greater than 20%,the inhibition rate of PE film on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is greater than 99.9
