闽浙赣革命根据地赤色邮政工作研究

摘　　要：土地革命战争时期,闽浙赣革命根据地以党内交通为基础组建起赤色邮政,先后经历了萌发、初建与被迫停办、恢复与重建、再次停办与撤销等历史阶段。这一波浪式演进的发展路径与整个闽浙赣革命根据地的历史走向基本同步,反映出党领导苏区革命的艰辛与不易。即便如此,各级邮政部门始终围绕党的中心任务,哪里需要便在哪里建立通信联系,通过增设局所、开辟邮路、拓展业务、发行邮票等举措,逐步建立起上下衔接、集中管理的邮政运行体系,不仅为党政军的通信畅通提供了重要保障,而且有力维护了根据地人民群众的通信权益,为巩固与发展革命政权发挥了不可替代的重要作用。尤其在闽浙赣省邮政管理局成立后,实现了全程全网联合作业的邮政运行模式,促进了邮政工作的大发展。闽浙赣革命根据地邮政工作实践及其成效是“忠诚于党、便利于民”办邮理念的集中体现,凸显出政治性、公共性与人民性的特点,反映了党对邮政工作的正确领导以及苏区邮工百折不挠、无私奉献的精神品质。During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the red postal work in Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi Revolutionary Base Area was set up based on intra-Party communication organizations of the Communist Party of China,which experienced various historical stages of sprouting,initial construction and forced suspension of operation,resumed operation and reconstruction,and second closure and cancellation.The development path of this wave-like evolution was basically synchronized with the historical trend of the Base Area,reflecting the hardships and difficulties of the CPC leading the Soviet revolution.In spite of this,the postal departments at all levels have always focused on the central tasks of the Party and established communication links wherever necessary.Through the establishment of postal offices,construction of postal routes,expanding postal services,issuing stamps and other measures,there gradually established a postal operation system that connected the upper and lower levels and was centrally managed,not only providing guarantee for the smooth communication between the Party,government and military organs,but also effectively safeguarding the communications rights and interests of the people in the Base Area,and playing an irreplaceable and important role in consolidating and developing the Soviet regime.Especially after the establishment of Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi Provincial Postal Administration,the whole network joint operation mode has been established and promoted the great development of postal work,of which practice and effects were the concentrated embodiment of the idea of"loyalty to the Party and convenience to the people",highlighting the characteristics of political,public,and people-oriented nature and reflecting the correct leadership of the Party and the indomitable and selfless dedication spirit of the postal workers in the Soviet Area.
