山东省实体经济高质量发展动态变化与区域差异分析

摘　　要：基于新发展理念构建山东省实体经济高质量发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法考察2003—2020年山东省整体及三大经济圈实体经济高质量发展动态变化,利用Dagum基尼系数和核密度估计法分析山东省实体经济高质量发展地区差异及分布动态。研究结果发现:山东省整体及三大经济圈实体经济高质量发展水平均呈总体上升趋势,但存在明显的区域差异:胶东经济圈发展水平较高,省会经济圈次之,鲁南经济圈最低;胶东经济圈区内差异较大,省会经济圈和鲁南经济圈区内差异较小;鲁南与胶东经济圈区域间差异较大,鲁南与省会经济圈、胶东与省会经济圈的区间差异较小;区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源;从绝对差异和相对差异看,山东省实体经济高质量发展的空间差异演变趋势不一致。Based on the new development concept,this study constructs the evaluation index system of the high-quality development of the real economy in Shandong Province.The entropy method is used to investigate the dynamic changes of high-quality development of the overall and three economic circles'real economy in Shandong Province from 2003 to 2020 and the Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation are used to analyze the regional differences and distribution dynamics of high-quality development of the real economy in the province.It is found that the high-quality development level of the real economy in the province as a whole and its three economic circles shows an overall upward trend,but there are obvious regional differences.The development level of Jiaodong Economic Circle(JEC)is relatively high,followed by Provincial Capital Economic Circle(PCE),and Lunan Economic Circle(LEC)is the lowest.There are significant differences within JEC,while relatively small differences exist within PCE and LEC.The regional differences between LEC and JEC are larger than the regional differences between LEC and PCE,as well as between JEC and PCE.Regional differences are the main source of overall differences.From the perspective of absolute and relative differences,the evolution trend of spatial differences in the high-quality development of the real economy in Shandong Province is inconsistent.
