新型城镇化背景下济南市文化产业竞争力与发展路径

摘　　要：新型城镇化为文化产业发展提出了更高要求,文化产业对新型城镇化具有推动作用。文章分析了济南市新型城镇化水平和文化产业整体竞争力,探讨了新型城镇化背景下文化产业发展方向和路径。结果表明:(1)济南市新型城镇化水平居全省首位,文化服务业发展水平居全省首位,文化批零业居全省前列,而文化制造业低于全省平均水平。(2)文化服务业对新型城镇化的影响最大,文化批零业次之,文化制造业的影响相对较小,济南市文化产业对于对推动新型城镇化发展具有明显优势。(3)济南市文化产业应根据新型城镇化要求明确发展方向,坚持以人为本,促进科技创新和生态文明,传承地域文化,并结合区域优势和特点确定发展路径:完善文化产业发展规划,突出区域特色品牌,融合现代科技,加强产业关联协调与融合,健全政策措施,优化文化产业发展环境。New-type urbanization puts forward higher requirements for cultural industry,which plays a role in promoting new-type urbanization.This paper analyzes the competitiveness of cultural industry development in Jinan,and discusses the development direction and path of cultural industry under the background of new-type urbanization.The results show:(1)The new-type urbanization level of Jinan ranks first in the province,and the development level of cultural service industry ranks first in Shandong province,the wholesale and retail industry of cultural industries is in the front rank in this province,and the cultural manufacturing industry is lower than the average level of the province.(2)The cultural service industry has the greatest impact on the new-type urbanization,followed by the cultural wholesale and retail industry,and the cultural manufacturing industry has a relatively small impact.Jinan's cultural industries has obvious advantages in promoting the development of new-type urbanization.(3)Cultural industry should adhere to people-oriented principle,scientific and technological innovation,ecological civilization and regional culture inheritance according to the requirements of new-type urbanization.The development path of cultural industry should be determined in combination with regional advantages and characteristics:improve the development planning of cultural industry,highlight regional characteristic brands,integrate modern science and technology,strengthen industrial correlation,coordination and integration,improve policy measures,and optimize the development environment of cultural industry.
