摘　　要：中国非物质文化遗产资源丰富,存续情况复杂。民族民间工艺美术类非物质文化遗产历史悠久,极具地方特色,蕴含着丰厚的文化底蕴、独特的审美情趣、高尚的艺术品格和高超的技术水平。鉴于民族民间工艺美术作品创造难度较大,并且存在较难创建高效产业链和开拓市场的问题,相关部门应通过建设动态文化保护机制,以生产促进传承,优化政策补给,促进民间组织参与保护等对策,推动民族民间工艺美术类非物质文化遗产的保护和传承工作。China's intangible cultural heritage is rich in resources and its existence is complex.The intangible cultural heritage of national folk arts and crafts has a long history and local characteristics,which contains rich cultural heritage,unique aesthetic taste,noble artistic character and superb technical level.In view of the difficulty in creating national and folk arts and crafts works,and the difficulty in creating efficient industrial chains and opening up markets,relevant departments should promote the protection and inheritance of national and folk arts and crafts intangible cultural heritage by building a dynamic cultural protection mechanism,promoting inheritance through production,optimizing policy supply,and promoting the participation of non-governmental organizations in protection.
