摘　　要：我国提出到2025年优化调整高校20%左右的学科专业布点。对于如何优化学科专业布局,文章提出要避免重速度轻质量、重结果轻机制、重行政评价轻专业评价的倾向,以质量、特色为导向,发挥专业评价的作用,优化学科专业调整机制。China has proposed to achieve optimization and adjustment of about 20%of the disciplines and specialties in higher education by 2025.As for how to optimize the distribution of disciplines and specialties,this paper proposes to avoid the tendency of stressing speed over quality,stressing result over mechanism,stressing administrative evaluation over professional evaluation,but to focus on the orientation of quality and characteristics,to amplify the function of professional evaluation,and to optimize the adjustment mechanism of disciplines and specialties.
