摘 要:本文从设计角度出发分析轴向磁通永磁轮毂电机转矩密度提高方法,首先推导轴向磁通永磁轮毂电机转矩密度的解析表达式,分析不同拓扑结构转矩密度的优劣,通过定子多环磁路解析法分析轮毂电机中内径、外径等不同位置的齿部、轭部磁密规律。然后通过有限元软件,建立轴向磁通永磁轮毂电机三维仿真模型,分别研究了不同定子裂比、轭高占比、齿宽占比和空载气隙磁密的轴向磁通永磁轮毂电机转矩密度规律,通过试验验证了计算方法的正确性及准确性。This paper analyzed the torque density enhancement method of axial flux permanent magnet in-wheel motor from the design point of view.First,the analytical expression of torque density of axial flux permanent magnet hub motor was derived,and the advantages and disadvantages of different topological structures were analyzed.The multi-ring magnetic circuit analysis method was used to analyze the magnetic density law of the tooth and yoke at different positions such as inner diameter and outer diameter in the in-wheel motor.Then,the finite element analysis software which was used to establish a three-dimensional simulation model of the axial flux permanent magnet in-wheel motor,and the axial flux permanent magnets with different stator split ratios,yoke height ratios,cogging ratios and initial air gap flux density were respectively studied for the torque density of the magnetic hub motor.The correctness and accuracy of calculation method were verified by experiments.
