摘 要:采用表面改性技术对金属粉体材料进行表面处理,可赋予金属粉体材料更多的组分和性能,满足现代制造业对多组分、多功能金属粉体材料的需求。目前针对金属粉体表面改性技术已开展大量的研究工作,然而目前还缺少相关对该领域成果进行较为系统介绍的研究报道。通过收集近年来大量相关文献,依次介绍了镀层技术、机械合金化技术、渗层技术、表面涂覆技术4种典型表面改性技术在金属粉体表面改性处理上的实验研究,重点描述了各类技术对于提升金属粉体材料性能方面的具体应用,分析了4种不同表面改性技术的优缺点。鉴于该技术具有巨大的未来发展潜力,基于不同表面改性技术的特点及当前的研究现状,对加快未来金属粉体表面改性技术发展给出了几点关键思路。The surface modification technology is used to treat metal powder materials,which can endows metal powder materials more components and properties,meeting the needs for multi-component and multi-functional metal powder materials of modern manufacturing industry.Even though a lot of research work has been carried out on the surface modification technology of metal powders,however,there is still a lack of relevant research reports that systematically introduce the achievements in this field.A large number of relevant literatures in recent years were collected.The experimental study of four typical surface modification technologies of metal powder materials-coating technology,mechanical alloying technology,permeable layer technology and surface coating technology were listed successively,emphatically describing the specific application of every technologies in the aspects of improving the properties of metal powder materials,furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of four different surface modification techniques were analyzed.Given that this technology has great potential for future development,several key ideas for the future development of surface modification technology of metal powders were pointed out,based on the characteristics of different surface modification technology and current status.
