摘  要:捣固炼焦工艺可以减少焦化过程中优质炼焦煤的配加比例,在保证焦炭质量的同时可以降低焦炭生产成本,但大量生产实践发现捣固焦替代顶装焦应用于中大型高炉时存在诸多问题。为了探究捣固焦在大型高炉上合理的使用方式,采用煤岩法分析了多来源的捣固焦与顶装焦光学组织分布、各向同性总和(ΣISO,isotropic sum)及光学组织指数(OTI,optical texture index),探究了各光学组织指数在两者之间的差异性,认为现有焦炭光学评价指标对捣固焦热态性质预测准确性不足。使用多元线性拟合法构建了焦炭光学组织与热态性质的关系函数,通过光学组织与顶装焦热态性质的关系函数,预测多种捣固焦在相同配煤条件下使用顶装工艺所得到的焦炭的热态性质,用于描述捣固工艺对焦炭热态性质的影响。结果表明,捣固焦与顶装焦各光学组织含量差异明显。捣固焦不同光学组织含量分布范围较大,各向同性组织较多,各向异性组织总量较少且细粒镶嵌组织占比较高,所以捣固焦各向同性总和占比普遍高于顶装焦,不同捣固焦之间的光学组织指数差异性较大且整体低于顶装焦。针对现有焦炭光学评价指标对捣固焦热态性质预测准确性不足的问题,对焦炭光学组织分布与热态性质进行多元线性拟合。其中反应后强度(CSR,coke strength after reaction)的拟合结果与焦炭光学组织反应性呈现良好的线性正相关,根据反应后强度预测值和实际值的差值,提出了捣固工艺干涉指数(TI,tamping index),以用于预测捣固焦生产过程的捣固强度,同时对捣固焦配煤的优劣提供参考。结合捣固焦在中大型高炉上的实际使用效果,给出了为中大型高炉选择捣固焦时捣固工艺干涉指数的建议。The tamping coking process can reduce the proportion of high-quality coking coal during the coking process,and reduce the production cost of coke while ensuring the quality of coke.However,during a great number of production practices,there are many problems were found in the application of tamping coke instead of top-charging coke in medium and large blast furnaces.In order to explore the reasonable use of tamping coke in large blast furnace,the optical texture distribution,isotropic sum and optical texture index of multi-source tamping coke and top-charging coke were analyzed by petrographic analysis of coal.The difference of optical texture index between both of the above was explored.The existing optical evaluation index of coke has insufficient accuracy in predicting the thermal properties of tamping coke.The relationship function between optical texture and thermal properties of coke was established by using multivariate linear fitting method.The thermal properties of various tamping cokes obtained by top-charging process under the same coal blending conditions were predicted by the relationship function between optical texture and thermal properties of top-charging coke,which was used to describe the effect of tamping process on the thermal properties of coke.The results showed that the proportion of optical structure of tamping coke and top-charging coke is obviously different.The distribution range of different optical structure content of tamping coke is large,there are more isotropic structures,less total anisotropic structures,and more fine-grained mosaic structures.Therefore,the proportion of isotropic sum in tamping coke is generally higher than that of top-charged coke,and the optical texture index difference between different tamping cokes is large and overall lower than that of top-charged coke.Aiming at the problem that the existing coke optical evaluation index is not accurate enough to predict the thermal properties of tamping coke,the multivariate linear fitting of the optical texture distrib
