摘  要:环江油田L247区长8油藏属于超低渗透油藏,地质状况复杂,非均质性强。随着油藏的开发,低产井逐渐增多,低产原因不清,为此开展了油井低产的内在因素和外在因素分析,总结低产原因,为下步治理提供技术支撑。研究表明:L247区长8油藏低产内在因素主要为渗透率、水驱特征及启动压力梯度;外在因素主要为超前注水量、欠注及改造规模,投产高含水井和裂缝性见水井主要低产原因为大改造规模下的超前注水导致隐性裂缝开启。Chang 8 Reservoir in L247 District of Huanjiang Oilfield is an ultra-low permeability reservoir with complex geological conditions and strong heterogeneity.With the development of the reservoir,the number of low production wells is increasing gradually,and the reasons for low production are unclear.Therefore,the internal and external factors of low production of oil wells are analyzed,and the reasons for low production are summarized to provide technical support for the next treatment.The research shows that the internal factors of low production in Chang 8 reservoir in L247 District are mainly permeability,water drive characteristics and starting pressure gradient;The external factors are mainly advanced water injection,under-injection and reconstruction scale.The main reason for the low production of the wells with high water content and fractured water breakthrough is the opening of hidden fractures caused by advanced water injection under large reconstruction scale.
