摘　　要：钢铁工业是我国废水处理量最大的行业,合理设计循环水处理系统,对于钢铁工业的绿色低碳转型建设至关重要。加药间设计的合理性和安全性,成为循环水处理系统高效、稳定、安全运行的关键环节之一。以某钢铁企业规模为24万m3/d的大型废水循环利用处理厂为例,其为实现絮凝、消毒、软化、pH调节和除铁等多种功能而向系统投加了聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、次氯酸钠、石灰、浓硫酸等多种药剂,介绍了该厂加药系统的工艺设计,并详细阐述了针对所投加药剂的物化性质设计采用的集约半地下式加药间的布置,总结了集约半地下式加药间的设计特点,其能充分利用地下空间,进一步提高加药安全性、稳定性和经济性,进而为循环水处理系统运行提供重要保障。该案例可为大型循环水处理系统多种药剂的投加提供参考。The iron and steel industry is the industry with the largest amount of wastewater treatment in China.The reasonable design of circulating water treatment system is very important for the green and low-carbon transforma⁃tion of iron and steel industry.The rationality and safety of the dosing room design have become one of the key links for the efficient,stable,and safe operation of the circulating water treatment system.Taking a large-scale circulating water treatment plant with a scale of 240000 m3/d in an iron and steel enterprise as an example,in order to achieve various functions such as flocculation,disinfection,softening,pH regulation,and iron removal,it added various agents such as polyferric sulfate(PFS),polyacrylamide(PAM),sodium hypochlorite,lime,sulfuric acid to the sys⁃tem.The process design of the dosing system in the factory was introduced,and the layout of the intensive semiunderground dosing room designed for the physical and chemical properties of the added chemicals was elaborated in detail.The design characteristics of the intensive semi-underground dosing room were summarized,which could fully utilize the underground space,further improve the safety,stability,and economy of dosing,and provide impor⁃tant guarantees for the operation of the circulating water treatment system.This case can provide a reference for the addition of various chemicals in large-scale circulating water treatment systems.
