摘　　要：文章构建了数字经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法测度了陕西省数字经济高质量发展水平,运用灰色关联分析法研究了陕西省数字经济高质量发展的影响因素。结果表明:2011—2017年陕西省数字经济高质量发展综合指数呈稳步上升趋势,其中,社会民生对数字经济高质量发展的贡献度最大,其后为经济发展、协调共享,创新发展、资源配置、开放合作提升空间较大。各影响因素与数字经济高质量发展水平的灰色关联度介于0.5670~0.8130,呈现较强的正相关关系。This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the high-quality development of digital economy,then uses the entropy method to measure the high-quality development level of digital economy in Shaanxi province,and finally adopts the grey correlation analysis method to study the influential factors of the high-quality development of digital economy in Shaanxi Province.The results show that the comprehensive index of high-quality development of digital economy in Shaanxi Province presents a steady upward trend from 2011 to 2017,in which the people’s livelihood contributes the most to the high-quality development of digital economy,followed by economic development,coordination and sharing,that there is still much room for improvement in innovation development,resource allocation,openness and cooperation,and that the grey correlation degree between various influencing factors and the high-quality development level of digital economy is between 0.567 and 0.813,showing a significant positive correlation.
