丁书文从“火扰心神”论治心房颤动

摘　　要：丁书文教授基于中医理论、总结临床经验,提出“火扰心神”为心房颤动发生的关键病机,认为清火化瘀安神为心房颤动的治疗大法,并将当归六黄汤、心速宁胶囊等引入心房颤动的治疗中,疗效显著。文章基于“火”为心房颤动的病理因素、心血瘀阻为心房颤动的病理进程、心神受扰为心房颤动的病理转归3个层面探讨丁书文教授论治心房颤动的病因病机思路,阐述丁教授以清火化瘀安神治疗心房颤动的临床经验,以现代药理学研究进行佐证,以期为临床治疗心房颤动提供参考。Professor DING Shu-wen proposed‘fire disturbing heart’is the key pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation(AF)basing on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory and clinical experiences,and thought reducing fire and calming spirit is the treatment method of AF,and introduced Danggui Liuhuang Decoction and Xinsuning Capsule into the treatment,with remarkable curative effect.Based on the three levels of‘fire’as the pathological factor of AF,cardiac blood stasis as the pathological process of AF,and pathological prognosis of mental disturbance as AF,this paper discusses professor DING’s ideas on the etiology and pathogenesis of AF,expounds professor DING’s clinical experience in treating AF by cremation and calming the nerves,and supports it with modern pharmacological research,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of AF.
