摘　　要：从状态论治是综合患者症状、舌脉、理化检查、影像学检查等信息,总结疾病的基本病机、当前病机、潜在转化病机,针对病机进行处方用药。发热是特发性肺间质纤维化患者病情加重的关键,姜良铎教授从状态论治特发性肺间质纤维化慢性发热,认为正气亏虚、痰瘀阻肺为特发性肺间质纤维化基本病机,湿热蕴肺、热截营阴、气阴亏虚、痰瘀内阻为特发性肺间质纤维化慢性发热当前主要病机,湿热蕴肺入营、内陷心包为特发性肺间质纤维化慢性发热潜在转化病机。基于对病机的准确分析判断处方治疗,常取得满意疗效。Treatment from state is to summarize the basic pathogenesis,current pathogenesis and potential transformation of the disease by synthesizing the patient’s symptoms,tongue and pulse,physical and chemical examinations and imaging examinations,and prescribing medication to address the pathogenesis.Fever is the key to exacerbation in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Professor JIANG Liang-duo,who treats chronic fever in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from state,believes that the basic pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is deficiency of vital energy and phlegm stasis blocking the lung;the current main pathogenesis of chronic fever in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is damp-heat in the lung,heat intercepting ying-yin,deficiency of qi-yin,and internal obstruction of phlegm and stasis;and the potential transforming pathogenesis of chronic fever in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is damp-heat in the lung entering ying and internal trapping of the pericardium.Based on the accurate analysis of the pathogenesis,the prescribed treatment often achieves satisfactory results.
