摘　　要：整理研究《金匮要略》血痹病相关文献,结合临证实践,认为血痹病因病机主要是虚、邪、瘀,治则治法是补、温、通。系统性硬化病属于血痹,其核心病机是肺脾肾阳气虚弱、浊邪阻络,温阳化浊通络是其主要治疗方法。临证以黄芪桂枝五物汤为基础加减治疗系统性硬化病疗效显著,具有调节免疫、保护血管和拮抗纤维化的作用。To collate and study the literature related to blood arthralgia in Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber,combined with clinical practice,we think that the etiology and pathogenesis of blood arthralgia is mainly deficiency,evil and blood stasis,therapeutic rule is nourishing,warming and dredging.Systemic sclerosis belongs to blood paralysis.Its core pathogenesis is yang deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,turbid evil obstructing collaterals,and warming yang to remove turbid and dredging collaterals is its main treatment method.In clinical practice,modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect in treating systemic sclerosis,which can regulate immunity,protect blood vessels and antagonize fibrosis.
