从少阳论治阿尔茨海默病

摘　　要：少阳主枢,司气机开阖,其经络循行过脑,络属胆和三焦,调节全身气机与水液代谢,并与情志失调密切相关。文章从少阳生理病理与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病联系入手,并参考现代医学,认为少阳经络循行于头部颞侧与AD病位吻合;少阳主枢,调节气机,与AD的重要伴发症情绪障碍和睡眠障碍相关;三焦主通行气血津液并主一身气化,易生痰生瘀,为AD的重要致病因素。从而论述从少阳论治AD理论基础及治疗方法,为防治AD开拓新的辨治思路。Shaoyang is the master of the pivot,which controls the opening and closing of the qi movement.Its meridians pass through the brain and collaterals belong to the gallbladder and Tri-jiao,regulating the qi movement and water metabolism of the entire body,and it is linked to emotional and mental disorders.In this paper,we start from the connection between the physiopathology of Shaoyang and the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)referring to modern medicine.The Shaoyang meridian channel following the temporal area of the head that coincide with the disease site of AD.Shaoyang is the master of the pivot,regulates qi,and is linked to emotional and sleep disorders,all of which are common complications of AD.Tri-jiao is in charge of the movement of qi,blood,and fluids,as well as gasification in the body,and is prone to generating phlegm and stasis,which is an important causative factor for AD.Shaoyang theory’s theoretical foundation and treatment approaches for treating AD are further discussed,and new concepts for the diagnosis and treatment of AD prevention and care are developed.
