摘　　要：鲜药是中药临床应用的特色及特殊形式,应用范围广且形式多样,追溯医史,鲜药的应用贯穿于中医药学起源和整个发展过程。中药鲜品和干品化学成分存在明显差异,鲜药在解热镇痛、抗炎抑菌、止血、抗肿瘤、抗过敏等方面具有良好的药效优势。对中药鲜药的活性成分和药理作用进行研究,有助于中药鲜药的开发和利用。文章检索中国知网期刊全文数据库自建库至2022年的中药鲜药相关内容的文献资料,对中药鲜药的活性成分、药理作用进行综述,以期为进一步深入研究和开发利用中药鲜药资源提供帮助。Fresh medicine is a characteristic and special form of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,with a wide range of applications and diverse forms.Tracing back to medical history,fresh medicine has been integrated into the origin and entire development process of traditional Chinese medicine.There are significant differences in the chemical composition between fresh and dried traditional Chinese medicine.Fresh medicine has good pharmacological advantages in antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,hemostatic,anti-tumor,and anti-allergic aspects.Studying the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of fresh medicine is helpful for the development and utilization of fresh medicine.Retrieve literature related to fresh Chinese medicine from the establishment of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database to 2022.Then,a review is conducted on the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of fresh Chinese medicine.To provide assistance for further in-depth research and development and utilization of fresh drug resources.
