敦煌遗书中古藏医学文献的研究进展

摘　　要：敦煌遗书中古藏医学文献是一种采用民族语言记载的敦煌医药文献,其医疗内容自成一格,极具临床价值。通过整理总结敦煌遗书中古藏医学文献不同时期国内和国外的研究成果发现,国内针对敦煌遗书中古藏医学文献的研究成果多集中于翻译归纳阶段,临床实践方面主要以火灸疗法的穴位考证及其应用为主,其余方面仍有大量理论空白有待继续挖掘应用,而国外对此关注明显较少,成果屈指可数。文章对其发展情况进行规律提炼,旨在进一步提高国内外学界对敦煌遗书中古藏医学研究重要性的认识,并为其后续研究提供理论材料。The ancient Tibetan medical literature in Dunhuang is a kind of Dunhuang medical literature recorded in the national language,and its medical content is sui generis and is of great clinical value.Based on the domestic and foreign research results in different periods of the ancient Tibetan medical literature in Dunhuang,it is found that the domestic research results on the ancient Tibetan medical literature in Dunhuang mainly focus on the translation and conclusion stage.In clinical practice,the acupoint research and application of fire moxibustion therapy are the main points.In other aspects,there are still a lot of theoretical gaps to be explored and applied.In foreign countries,there has been remarkably little attention abroad,and even few results.Through the development of its law refining,the aim of this study is to further improve the understanding of the importance of the research on ancient Tibetan medicine in Dunhuang and to provide theoretical materials.
